The starting point

They had a good-looking website that was broken. They had tried to set up online bookings and payments, without success.

There was no system behind the website. Without user accounts, admin panels or automatic payments, it could not sell on its own.

What we built

  • Website with three-step booking
  • Deposit or full payment
  • User accounts
  • Blog in Spanish and English
  • Route maps generated on the fly
  • Android app
  • Own accounting system

What changed

The website now sells and collects payment on its own: online booking, payment gateway and automatic charges, user accounts, admin panels and automation, all on one system.

Payment step of a booking, with the choice of a 20% deposit or full payment
Booking ends with payment: the traveller chooses between a 20% deposit and paying in full, sees the breakdown and confirms on the spot.
Home screen of the traveller app, showing the confirmed trip and the next activity of the day
Traveller app: the confirmed trip and the next activity of the day.
Documents screen of the app, with tickets, hotel vouchers and travel insurance
Documents: tickets, hotel vouchers and insurance, always at hand.
Conversation with the guide inside the app
Messages with the guide, without leaving the app.
Accounting dashboard with the month's revenue, profit and margin, and a scenario simulator
Accounting: the month at a glance, forecast against actual, plus a simulator to see how the result would change by moving price, occupancy or commissions.
Monthly cost breakdown, sales by channel and yearly summary in the accounting system
Accounting: where the money goes, what each channel sells, and the year month by month.
