What data is collected
Only what you enter in the assessment form: name, company, email address and the message you choose to send. The language you were browsing in is also stored, so we can reply in it.
The website uses no analytics or advertising tools and builds no profiles. The hosting provider may log technical connection data, such as IP address, for security and service operation.
What it is used for, and on what legal basis
To reply to your request, prepare the assessment and, where appropriate, send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Your data is not used to send you marketing you have not asked for.
How long it is kept
While your request is being handled and, at most, twelve months after the last contact if no contract follows. If a service is contracted, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.
Who else has access
Data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also handles form submissions and acts as a data processor. Netlify is based in the United States, so an international data transfer may take place, covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@krato.es and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your local data protection authority.
